Returns Policy for Inner Bird Brand Inc.
We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out. If you’ve purchased something from us, we want to make sure you’re happy with your order. That being said, we’ve got a few guidelines for returns to make the process smooth and easy.
Return Eligibility:
- Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. That means no gym sweat, no pizza stains, and please, no impromptu dance parties in our gear.
- Tags On: Keep those tags on like they’re your golden ticket to freedom.
- Original Packaging: Just like you got it. No “creative” repackaging, please.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If your item(s) meet the above conditions, drop us a line at customerservice@innerbirdbrand.com to get your Return Authorization (RA) number and return address.
Important Return Notes:
- Multiple Sizes: While we totally get that you want to find the perfect fit, buying multiple sizes with the intention of trying them on and sending one back isn’t cool with us. It prevents other customers from getting their hands on our limited-edition pieces.
So, if you do purchase multiple sizes of the same design and color, please note that if one or more sizes are returned, a restocking fee of $35-$75 will be applied per item/size. - Return Shipping Costs: Unfortunately, return shipping is on you. But don’t worry, we’re not charging you to send it back to a far-off galaxy—just to our warehouse.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Preorder and Made-to-Order Items: If you ordered something special, just for you, sorry—there are no returns or refunds for preorder or made-to-order items. Think of it as a one-of-a-kind piece of art that’s made with love and can’t be returned.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping fees? Sorry, no refunds on that either. But hey, it gets you closer to your new favorite clothes, right?
- Payment Fees: PayPal and credit card fees are also non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Return Process:
- Get Your RA Number: Email us at customerservice@innerbirdbrand.com for a return authorization. Please include your original packing slip and your RA number.
- Pack It Up: Send the item(s) back to us in the condition mentioned above. Don’t forget those tags!
- Send It Back: Ship the items to the return address we provide.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take one payment cycle to show up on your statement. Your RA number will serve as your order number.
